I have worked in some of the biggest BPO’s in India. My personal experience with Sterling is awesome. Its a place of dreams. I wont be surprised if it becomes a huge brand in Sri-lankan BPO circle very soon. Owners have positive and steady approach towards the growth of the company. A company which is employee friendly and transparent. Its a dream company to work with. Though I have to go back to India but the awesomeness of working here will always be a part of my heart.
